This page uses the Meta Cloud API Phone Number ID and access token for the WhatsApp Business number being connected.

Use a WhatsApp Business phone number connected through Meta Cloud API. Incoming messages appear in rel-ease, and replies can be sent from the conversation pane.

Use https://rel-ease.com/whatsapp-webhook.aspx with the WhatsApp verify token, then subscribe the WhatsApp Business Account to the messages webhook field in Meta.

What happens after connection

Incoming WhatsApp messages create contacts, conversations and inbox messages. Replies sent from rel-ease go back through the WhatsApp Cloud API.

Connect phone number

Display name Business phone label Phone number ID Find this in Meta under Use cases > WhatsApp > Production setup. It is the numeric Phone Number ID, not the visible mobile number. Cloud API access token Create this in Meta Business Settings as a system user token with WhatsApp permissions, or use the temporary token for short testing only.

WhatsApp needs the Meta Cloud API Phone Number ID and an access token that can manage that WhatsApp Business Account. rel-ease tests the number before saving it.

Connected WhatsApp accounts These accounts can send and receive WhatsApp messages through rel-ease.
